Fangcheng Mining Equipment Copmany successfully delivered a complete 50TPH alluvial tin ore processing plant to a site in Bolivia.
The plant is designed to handle soft tin-rich alluvial deposits with high mud content and fine particle size.
Our modular system provides high recovery efficiency with a compact footprint, ideal for remote mountainous regions in Latin America.

Solutions & Process
SOLUTIONS & PROCESS
Fangcheng designed this processing line with a low-cost and mobile layout, capable of handling fine-grained, high-mud alluvial tin ore commonly found in the Andean region. The system includes a hopper feeder, trommel scrubber, spiral chute group, and shaking tables.

1.Feeding & Washing System

Raw material (<30 mm) is fed into the trommel scrubber via a hopper and belt conveyor. The trommel thoroughly washes off clay and organic impurities, ensuring optimal mineral liberation.

2.Screening

The material is screened inside the trommel into two size fractions:
0–2 mm fine particles, sent to spiral chute group for gravity separation.
2–30 mm coarse particles are discarded as waste (no tin).

3.Gravity Separation

Spiral chutes are used for the primary separation of tin concentrate. Tailings are safely discharged into a tailings pond. The tin-rich middling is further refined using shaking tables to boost the grade.

4.Final Collection

The high-purity tin concentrate is collected in a secure concentrate tank, ready for dewatering, drying, and transportation.
