Fangcheng Mining Equipment Company designed and delivered a complete 50 TPH alluvial gold processing solution for a client in Zambia. 
This mobile, water-efficient system is tailored for alluvial gold with high clay content and coarse particle size distribution, offering high recovery and rapid ROI.
The entire plant integrates feeding, washing, screening, gravity separation, and final smelting.

Solutions & Process
SOLUTIONS & PROCESS
Fangcheng customized a compact and modular plant with core equipment including a trommel scrubber, centrifugal concentrator, sluice box, shaking table, and gold smelting furnace.

1.Feeding & Washing

Ore is loaded by truck or excavator into the trommel scrubber. This unit disaggregates clay-bound particles while classifying material into 0–5mm, 5–20mm, and >20mm fractions. Oversized material (>20mm) is discharged as waste.

2.Gravity Separation

The 0–5mm fine fraction is fed to the centrifugal concentrator for efficient fine gold recovery.
The 5–20mm coarse fraction enters a sluice box to trap visible gold nuggets.
Tailings from the concentrator pass through a secondary sluice box to ensure maximum recovery.

3.Refining&Smelting

Concentrates from the centrifugal concentrator are upgraded using the shaking table. Final high-purity gold is melted in a smelting furnace to produce saleable gold bars.
