The Vibrating Gold Sluice is an innovative gold recovery device optimized for placer deposits. Its patented rubber deck + crank-link mechanism generates 2-4Hz vertical pulsations, combining the high concentration ratio of traditional sluices (tens to hundreds times higher than jigs) with anti-blinding performance.
During operation, gold particles are continuously agitated by the pulsating deck for efficient separation. Though with lower concentrate yield, it achieves 20-30% higher recovery than fixed Carpet Sluice Box. Ideal for small/medium placer mines and mill tailings reprocessing, featuring simple structure, low power consumption, and minimal maintenance.

Working Principle

Operating on gravity separation, the vibrating gold sluice scombines pulsating motion + hydraulic washing for gold recovery. As slurry flows through, light minerals wash away while gold (density 19.3g/cm³) settles under 2-4Hz rubber deck pulsation.

Specially designed riffles create vortex zones where gold accumulates through mechanical-hydraulic synergy. The system maintains traditional sluice's high upgrading ratio, while eliminating material blinding, achieving 20-30% higher recovery than static sluices.
