Working Principle

VSI Vertical Shaft Sand Making Machine adopts the principle of stone hitting stone and stone hitting iron, in which stone hitting stone is used for the processing of abrasive materials; while stone hitting iron is used for the processing of less abrasive materials, and the rate of sand formation is high and the sand making effect is good.

When the equipment operates, the material from the upper part of the sand making machine falls vertically into the high-speed rotating impeller, the high-speed rotating hammer head will hit the material to the inner wall of the liner, between the impeller and the casing of the material to form a vortex many times each other, friction and crushing, from the lower discharge port discharge, forming a closed-circuit cycle of several times, and then by the screening equipment to control the finished product size up to the standard.
