Working Principle
The gold wash screen is designed at a specific angle. As material flows along the screen surface, it is combined with high-pressure water jets to achieve ore washing, desliming, and particle size classification, ensuring a smooth screening process. A gold sluice mat is installed beneath the screen surface to adsorb fine gold particles, thereby improving recovery rates.
The hopper and screening structure of the gold wash plant are designed with a specific angle of inclination. After an excavator deposits material into the hopper, the material flows down the inclined surface into the screening area under the combined effect of gravity and high-pressure water jets on both sides. The high-pressure water jets wash away the soil/clay from the ore, exposing fine-grained gold and free gold, which then enter the gold sluice mat for further recovery of fine-grained mineralsfor further recovery.
The spray direction of the high-pressure water jets can be manually adjusted based on the properties of the ore. Once the fine-grained ore enters the gold sluice mat, the fine-grained free gold is gradually separated by the combined action of water flow and gravity, and is subsequently subjected to further recovery.

FAQ
The inclined gold wash screen is mainly designed for processing placer gold, alluvial gold, river gold, and gold sand ore. It is especially suitable for washing clay-containing gold ore and recovering free gold particles from alluvial deposits.
No. This model adopts a non-powered design and mainly relies on gravity and high-pressure water flow for ore washing and gold recovery. It is very suitable for remote mining areas without stable electricity supply. Diesel engine or gasoline engine options are also available upon request.
The processing capacity ranges from 0–1000 tons per day (TPD), depending on the ore properties, feeding method, screen size, and project requirements. Customized capacities are available according to customer needs.
Yes. The machine is equipped with a gold sluice mat beneath the screen surface, which is specially designed to capture and recover fine gold particles. Additional equipment such as shaking tables or centrifugal concentrators can also be combined to further improve fine gold recovery rates.
